All employees are required to actively participate in these programs. Subcontractors are approved only if they meet or exceed this criteria. | The officers of GW Construction, Inc., Larry Greer and Steve Whitehead have a hands-on approach to projects. They conduct daily briefings with the project supervisors and are always available to the customer representatives. In many cases Larry and Steve act as project supervisors. This approach allows them to quickly identify potential problems, schedule task and maintain on-site logistics. |

| Steve Whitehead has 25 years experience in the construction and welding industry. He has been employed as a project manager, piping inspector, foreman and welder for petroleum, construction and pipeline companies. Steve was the owner/operator of a sole proprietor construction company for 10 years. Steve is a certified API 653 inspector, Certification#6863. Steve has experience constructing piping within the petroleum field, including exploration, pipelines, refinery and terminals. |

| Larry Greer has 30 years experience in the construction and welding industry. He was employed as a general foreman and welder with Boyd Construction. He was the senior partner of G&N Mechanical Contracting prior to assuming his current position. Larry’s knowledge of tank repair procedures dictate that he is the project supervisor for all tank work conducted by GW Construction. This includes foundation, preparation and installation of new tanks as well as repairs or upgrades to existing tanks. Larry has constructed various piping systems and is knowledgeable with pumps, meters, loading facilities and blending assemblies for gasoline, asphalt and chemical terminals. |
